Where do foster children go that no one else wants? Children with emotional and behavioral problems that
self-medicate with drugs and alcohol? They all need a safe harbor in the storm. They need someone who
will CARE for them. We at C.A.R.E. provide that safe harbor for the foster children no one else wants.
Since 1994 we have been caring for the "toughest foster children in the system".
Abused, abandoned and/or neglected. All "At Risk" of life's predators!
Dad's in prison, Mom's prostituting herself for drugs ... these are the families into which our children are born.
By supporting C.A.R.E. you are helping these foster children realize a different life.

C.A.R.E. is a California 501(c)(3) corporation operating as a series of RCL 10 Group Homes in Ventura County, Southern California. C.A.R.E. specializes in drug and alcohol treatment for foster children who are wards of the court and/or abused, abandoned and neglected. .How We Operate

C.A.R.E.’s operation is dependent upon monthly payments by the State of California (for each child in our program) as well as donations from caring people like you, for our daily operating needs.

.Corporate Information

C.A.R.E. was established May 10, 1994 as a California non-profit corporation operating under the Employer Identification Number 77-0376234 and the DLN number 17053058781019. On April 2, 1999 C.A.R.E. received the five-year IRS tax exempt determination. Grantors and contributors may rely on C.A.R.E.’s 501(a) status as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
