C.A.R.E.
currently operates three group homes, two of which are located in Ventura and one in
Camarillo. C.A.R.E. has a maximum capacity of six beds per home for a total maximum of
eighteen beds.
C.A.R.E. was
established May 10, 1994 as a California non-profit corporation operating under the
Employer Identification Number 77-0376234 and the DLN number 17053058781019. On April 2,
1999 C.A.R.E. received the five-year IRS tax exempt determination. Grantors and
contributors may rely on C.A.R.E.’s 501(a) status as an organization described in
section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
