Brief Job Description
Case management of each resident including, but not limited to;
individual and family counseling, management of medical, dental and
psychiatric appointments, anger management classes, drug and alcohol
education classes, daily process group therapy,
attending
weekly
Treatment Team meetings, writing intake and discharge summaries,
quarterly reports, and weekly treatment team notes, as well as
interacting with the therapist and clinical director with respect to
each child’s treatment plan.
Required Qualifications
The successful Social Worker will have an advanced degree (M.A. or M.S.)
in Social Work, Psychology, or a Social Work related field of study.
Experience
working in a residential facility, as well as working in substance abuse
treatment is preferred.
Important Note
Many C.A.R.E. Social Workers are, or have been, in the process of
obtaining their necessary internship hours for licensure. Supervision may
be available for qualified applicants.

Facility Manager .....

Brief Job Description
Our
Facility Manager is our second in command at our facility. Their
responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assisting the
Administrator with management responsibilities, being responsive to and
interacting with County Social Workers and Probation Officers, being
charged with primary care of our residents during shift hours which
includes counseling, transportation, group interaction, and case
facilitation.
Required Qualifications
Preferential treatment will be given to applicants with a B.A. or B.S.
in counseling psychology or a Social Work related field of study with 2-4 years of residential
experience working with adolescents. Minimum qualifications for this position
would be either the degree or experience as mentioned above, or some
combination of appropriate college study with residential experience
with adolescents. Experience working in
substance abuse treatment is preferred.

Brief Job Description
Child
Care
Worker’s at C.A.R.E. are the key to the success of the resident's
program. Their
job duties include, but are not limited to; care and supervision of the residents during
shift hours which includes counseling, transportation, group
interaction, and case facilitation. In this capacity the successful
Child Care Worker interacts with each of our residents to insure a safe
and healthy living environment conducive to success in their treatment
plans.
Required Qualifications
Each applicant for this position will be evaluated on a case by case
basis. Preferred qualifications include some combination of appropriate
college study and/or residential experience with adolescents.
Experience working in substance abuse treatment is preferred.
